One on Heather 819 Deposit!
I was a tenent to their one of aparmtent , I moved out and serve 30 days notice , I follow all the procedure then they have to process my depost one of the Agent the name is Francois Muller mentioned that they dont have tenent and that will be cost for them and will result of not getting back my deposit, now they dragging to give me back my deposit, I have copy of the email regarding my lease and notifying them on time that I am moving out. I highly not recommend anyone to rent/buy to this property. I am failing to understand what is difficult to give me back my deposit so Francois Muller said I must take this further to the lawyers just because I want my deposit back. DONT RENT UNDER THIS COMPANY PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dont rent any apartment under KWSA The service its very poor when you move out they wont give you your deposit even if its half . They will come up witb alot of stories

Spammed me out of the blue. I'm not a client of theirs and I haven't given them permission to use my information, so they're relying on an interpretation of section 69 to "request my consent" but they package it with the actual direct marketing at the same time. I've asked them where they got my information and what information they have as per section 23 - "access to personal information", but so far no response. Have requested they remove me from their DB.

Deposit drama.
If it was possible I would rate this company 0. We worked with one of their estate agents to get a tenant to rent our property and it's been over a month now we are still waiting for half the deposit as they are supposed to take half as well. We have sent numerous emails and made phone calls but these people are just not responding or letting us know why it's taking them so long to pay the deposit. DO NOT MAKE THAT MISTAKE OF USING THIS COMPANY AS YOUR REAL ESTATE AGENTS. The level of incompetence and unprofessionalism showed by Zukile and Linnette is appalling to say the least.

Deposit drama.
If it was possible I would rate this company 0. We worked with one of their estate agents to get a tenant to rent our property and it's been over a month now we are still waiting for half the deposit as they are supposed to take half as well. We have sent numerous emails and made phone calls but these people are just not responding or letting us know why it's taking them so long to pay the deposit. DO NOT MAKE THAT MISTAKE OF USING THIS COMPANY AS YOUR REAL ESTATE AGENTS. The level of incompetence and unprofessionalism showed by Zukile and Linnette is appalling to say the least.

KWSA are not interested in buyers.
We had been very interested in viewing a property that was advertised on Private Property. We made our first request on a Thursday. Unfortunately, one week and dozens of emails later, we have been unable to get an answer on a viewing date, information on the hidden costs or the area where the property is situated. This is information that would have allowed us to make an informed decision to make an offer. It’s been frustrating to get information or timeous responses and there is an abolute apathy on thier part when they do res****d. I suppose even in these difficult times, buyers are a dime a dozen. In any event since it’s impossible to initiate a sale, we revoke our interest.

This company sent me and my wife text messages with marketing nonsense. We are both on the direct marketing do not disturb list. They have our personal details although we never did any business with them. I phoned him and instructed to remove all my details from their systems. I also instructed him Ralph Bernhardt to never contact us ever again for any reason. He then put the phone down while I spoke to him. This company and Ralph Bernhardt does not respect the privacy of customers

Horrible Service @ KW Edge Keller Williams Realty
Dealing with a property agent at KW Edge Keller Williams Realty that was incredibly rude and incompetent. Holding the tenant liable for maintenance not done by the owner. Making commitments and agreements (on owners behalf) for repairs to the unit to convince people to sign a lease agreement. Withholding part of the deposit for penalties refusing to inform us what for and blaming us for bridge of contract when all agreements have been met by us, the tenants. Refusing responsibility for agreements made by agent and denying agreements whenever it suits them. The agent we dealt with sworn on their company values of honesty and family before money. Since the contract has been signed, it's only been about money. We received rude threat emails to pay our lease already on the 15th of each month, when the contract states month end before the 1st, when we never missed a payment. Their communication is rude, they (agent and assistant) don't do their job, asking the tenant to deal with the owner directly after going-out inspection was already finalised. Worst experience in my life dealing with an incompetent estate agent.
