They don't answer emails, they dont pick up the phone. Useless just take your money. i was on the whaps app chat app the entire day with no lock today.

I am a fnb private customer, today it took me 2 hours on the phone to get a tax certificate of my home loan , I seriously don’t understand why I pay 400 per month for this bad service

Absa does not want to stop phoning me to sell me insurance that i don't want and don't need . i have emailed them. phoned their help desk and did multiple calls. Nothing helped, canceling all business with them. Don't ever give them your personal information. They have no values, the simply give it out to anybosy that is willing to sell their products on their behalves. Don't do business with this company. Avoid at all cost. It is costing me a lot of money in phone calls to get them to remove my personal cell number from their systems. And they dont care about their customers

bought a ryobi blowerwith a 24 month guarantee, after 3 months it broke, it has been in repairs for two months, nobody at makro can tell us when it will be fixed, also we were told that we have to pay 50% of the price of the original purchase to get it fix. clearly the guarantee means absolutely nothing. the staff at the help desk are rude and incompodent
This company sent me and my wife text messages with marketing nonsense. We are both on the direct marketing do not disturb list. They have our personal details although we never did any business with them. I phoned him and instructed to remove all my details from their systems. I also instructed him Ralph Bernhardt to never contact us ever again for any reason. He then put the phone down while I spoke to him. This company and Ralph Bernhardt does not respect the privacy of customers
