Horrible Service @ KW Edge Keller Williams Realty

Dealing with a property agent at KW Edge Keller Williams Realty that was incredibly rude and incompetent. Holding the tenant liable for maintenance not done by the owner. Making commitments and agreements (on owners behalf) for repairs to the unit to convince people to sign a lease agreement. Withholding part of the deposit for penalties refusing to inform us what for and blaming us for bridge of contract when all agreements have been met by us, the tenants. Refusing responsibility for agreements made by agent and denying agreements whenever it suits them.

The agent we dealt with sworn on their company values of honesty and family before money. Since the contract has been signed, it's only been about money. We received rude threat emails to pay our lease already on the 15th of each month, when the contract states month end before the 1st, when we never missed a payment. Their communication is rude, they (agent and assistant) don't do their job, asking the tenant to deal with the owner directly after going-out inspection was already finalised.

Worst experience in my life dealing with an incompetent estate agent.
