I am extremely disappointed with the service from Kellogg’s regarding the R1,000 yuppiechef voucher I won on 23 June. Other winners from 29 June, including someone who entered with me, have already received their vouchers and even placed their orders.
I have repeatedly tried to contact the team via Facebook DM, but my messages are being ignored and I receive no feedback or updates. This lack of communication is frustrating and unfair to customers who participated in good faith.
I expected better service and transparency from a brand of this size. Please resolve this matter and send my voucher or provide a clear explanation for the delay.
