I’m adding my voice to the many disappointing experiences reported under the Kelston umbrella. The lack of respect, poor service, and complete absence of accountability are shocking. Calls are never returned, and I waited an entire week just to receive a quote. Then, the day before my booking, I was informed that my service had suddenly changed from a 120 000 km to a 160 000 km service.
I arrived right when they opened to ensure my car would be attended to early, as I needed to drive 1.5 hours home in time to collect my children from school. After dropping the car at 07:30, I was only told at 11:30 that it would be ready at 13:30.
The experience was not only frustrating and infuriating, it is was embarrassing. I would strongly advise others to stay away.
