service and ****mers Such an unfortunate bad service from Renault.
I bought a car in 2023, a 2022 tribal model at Queenstown branch. After my third service in November 2024, I got a light indicating an engine fault later in November. I called and they booked me for 8th of January.
In February I got the same light indicating the same problem. I called and they came to take the car in March to date. Renault is threatening to take my car to an auction if I do not go and take my car.
How am I supposed to take a car that has an engine fault? That is not working and moving?
I am stressed as Renault and Kempston are playing games regarding my car that they do not want to fix. Please help, the car still has a warranty of 5 years.
