GREAT VETS, *HORRIBLE NURSE*

My cat had acute kidney failure. We took her to this clinic and Thinus, Tertius and Herman are the only ones that you can trust 110% with your animal. The new blonde nurse there hurt our kitty so badly when she wanted to take her blood for a test. She poked and prodded my cats neck with 3 different needles on one side then moved to the other side of the neck and did the same. At this point, my cat was in agony and screaming. The nurse started throwing around each needle after an unsuccessful blood sample as well as throwing them onto the table like an upset child. It was so unprofessional and absolutely shocking to watch. I recommend that you insist on not letting this woman handle your animal. Luckily for my kitty, Thinus came to save the day and told the nurse to stop and leave her in her cage to relax for abit until they try again. Would NOT recommend this nurse ever as every other nurse before that was caring, kind and compassionate. Grateful that Thinus, Tertius and Herman are there as they are brilliant vets and brilliant at what they do.
