Amazing service
Greg McKey from Century21 East rand is the most wonderful and warm human being as well as a top tier real estate agent. I am a first time home owner and he made the process as smooth and as comfortable as possible. No tricks, no games - he is always straight up and honest about everything. He makes sure that you as the buyer or even the seller are both as happy as possible. Yes all agents have sales tricks up their sleeves but he is the most genuine that there is - he makes you feel like family and his intuition is astute. Highly recommend this agency and Greg :)

Customer service agent
Fedhealth is generally really good when it comes to customer service but today, I am not sure what was going on. I phoned customer service regarding my cellphone number and updating my cell number. I forgot what the agents name is but I made the call 29/02/2024 at 11:13AM. I told the agent that my cell number was incorrect so she asked me for the new one, I gave her the new one and she said that my profile has been updated. I said "Okay thanks but please remove the old number because I dont know what number that is" she then proceeds to talk to me like I am an idiot. She says "I SAID your profile has been UPDATED". She emphasized the words as if I was an idiot when all she could have done was reassure me that the number is no longer on the profile. Instead she spoke to me in a frustrated and sarcastic tone when she responded to me. I am so angry because I am a paying customer and do not deserve to be spoken to like I am an idiot. I understand that we all have bad days as humans but that was REALLY uncalled for. She also did not ask me to rate her call nor did she tell me what the reference number of the call was because she knew she messed up.

We buy cars - Marnes
I contacted We Buy Cars to sell my car and I got immediate assistance. All the information was explained clearly and thoroughly. I was then contacted by Marnes who is responsible for the evaluation of your car as well as giving you a final sales price. Marnes is excellent at what he does and he is also a really great person. He did a brilliant job. Would recommend 10/10.

GREAT VETS, *HORRIBLE NURSE*
My cat had acute kidney failure. We took her to this clinic and Thinus, Tertius and Herman are the only ones that you can trust 110% with your animal. The new blonde nurse there hurt our kitty so badly when she wanted to take her blood for a test. She poked and prodded my cats neck with 3 different needles on one side then moved to the other side of the neck and did the same. At this point, my cat was in agony and screaming. The nurse started throwing around each needle after an unsuccessful blood sample as well as throwing them onto the table like an upset child. It was so unprofessional and absolutely shocking to watch. I recommend that you insist on not letting this woman handle your animal. Luckily for my kitty, Thinus came to save the day and told the nurse to stop and leave her in her cage to relax for abit until they try again. Would NOT recommend this nurse ever as every other nurse before that was caring, kind and compassionate. Grateful that Thinus, Tertius and Herman are there as they are brilliant vets and brilliant at what they do.
