Damaged stove

I bought a gas stove from Cadac at leisure world Kempton Caravan. The flame went out of a wrong whole . I went to buy a cylinder as I was at Limpopo. I contacted them the guy whom was assisting me he tried to help me via phone but I did get it right. When I got to the shop he called his senior before he can process a refund. His senior said to me I know nothing about this things because I'm black and they are not going to refund me they will take it back to Cadac. I said to him I don't want it anymore I want my money back I'm not safe with it. He said I must sell it. Is the anyone who said he or she wants it? He said he doesn't care. I have sent an email to Cadac on Friday they did respond back to me. I want my transport money and stove money back I don't want the stove I have already bought the cylinder.
