Karel from ReMax Kempton Park must give Khensani Khosa a full induction he is so disrespectful all he wants is a commission that's it. I'm know begging him to give me my COC document it has been a month.

UNFAITHFUL PROMiSE
I bought a house the seller promised to paint the house and clean it as she was no longer staying there only if I'm buying it in front of Khendani Khosa my agent. I told him that I'm taking it. I received my keys the walls were only painted on spotted areas the back door it doesn't lock and the front battler is not working. He told me that I did sign the check list. I'm now concern about the ABSA evaluaters how did the offer the seller money if they did proper evaluations. I think they work together. All I want from ReMax is a painted wall and fixed door only nothing much.

My money back
I sent an email to you on Friday regarding the one plate stove that I bought at Kempton Caravan. The flame was coming out at the small whole I don't want the stove back I want my money please. I'm not safe with that stove and please tell your customers if the item is damaged they must refund us. I bought the stove last month I didn't use it. It's still new.

Damaged stove
I bought a gas stove from Cadac at leisure world Kempton Caravan. The flame went out of a wrong whole . I went to buy a cylinder as I was at Limpopo. I contacted them the guy whom was assisting me he tried to help me via phone but I did get it right. When I got to the shop he called his senior before he can process a refund. His senior said to me I know nothing about this things because I'm black and they are not going to refund me they will take it back to Cadac. I said to him I don't want it anymore I want my money back I'm not safe with it. He said I must sell it. Is the anyone who said he or she wants it? He said he doesn't care. I have sent an email to Cadac on Friday they did respond back to me. I want my transport money and stove money back I don't want the stove I have already bought the cylinder.

Er24 paramedic that works like doctors
I called Er23 on the 1st of October I had bad running stomach. Then I was hospitalized for 4 to 5 days. Know they said that I must pay them because this it was not a life threating situation. I'm confused because they are not Doctor's they are paramedics how did they know that it was not a life threating situation because they didn't run my sample. I even call Bestmed to give me a clarity they asked which ambulance did I request because they are using Er24. I told them that is what I did and Shaun from claims department said I must motivate my query so that he can send it to his boss. I think he is the one who must call the hospital or Bestmed for more information.

I have emailed them as they said but they didn't came back to me since from last week. I'm worried because I'm going to pay for a credit card that I have closed it I even have a reference that that I got from them. Please help me out from this scammers.

SCAMMERS
I closed my fnb credit card last year on the 22th of December. I paid a settlement amount the consultant told me that I will get a call from fnb to confirm that I'm closing it. I did get any call from them I went to the branch the consultant told me that it is closed but they will remove it from the app on the 9th. To my surprising I have a minus of R95.00 and before I had R63.00 that I was supposed to be refunded. They took R150 to pay a credit card that I have settled. Can I please have my money back and close that credit card. People that are using FNB you need to check your statement and do the follow up on your account because fnb are scammers.

Monthly Income
I'm back again I canceled my first home loan application that I was granted 100 percent on it due to some reasons. I applied for a new one with the same documents that I used for the first one. They said they regret to inform me that I don't qualify due to income. Which income are they referring too because I got 100 percent with that income they are talking about it. Please FNB stop playing games with me I really need that house.

Thank you for helping with my FNB query. You are the only one who assist me with FNB. I emailed them I didn't get help. I applied for a home loan I'm the one who's calling my consultant actually I'm begging her to help me. It has been a week without any luck from her. She told me that she has forwarded her manager my query. But I'm the one who called her she said she still waiting for him to respond. Zanele are you willing to help me or what?

Lack of communication
My agent told me that Nedbank refused to give a home loan they said I can't afford. But they granted me a home loan on September that I didn't take it due to some reasons. Now I got something they are telling me about affordability. But they are offering me a platinum credit card which I. Don't apply for. I went to the branch to make a query. They referred me to home loan department a consultant was rude she told me that I should tell bond originator to contact the consultant.
