Karel from ReMax Kempton Park must give Khensani Khosa a full induction he is so disrespectful all he wants is a commission that's it. I'm know begging him to give me my COC document it has been a month.
I bought a house the seller promised to paint the house and clean it as she was no longer staying there only if I'm buying it in front of Khendani Khosa my agent. I told him that I'm taking it. I received my keys the walls were only painted on spotted areas the back door it doesn't lock and the front battler is not working. He told me that I did sign the check list. I'm now concern about the ABSA evaluaters how did the offer the seller money if they did proper evaluations. I think they work together. I have sent an email to Cadac on Friday they did respond back to me. I want my transport money and stove money back I don't want the stove I have already bought the cylinder.
I called Er23 on the 1st of October I had bad running stomach. Then I was hospitalized for 4 to 5 days. Know they said that I must pay them because this it was not a life threating situation. I'm confused because they are not Doctor's they are paramedics how did they know that it was not a life threating situation because they didn't run my sample. I closed my fnb credit card last year on the 22th of December. I paid a settlement amount the consultant told me that I will get a call from fnb to confirm that I'm closing it. I did get any call from them I went to the branch the consultant told me that it is closed but they will remove it from the app on the 9th. To my surprising I have a minus of R95.00 and before I had R63.00 that I was supposed to be refunded. They took R150 to pay a credit card that I have settled. Can I please have my money back and close that credit card. People that are using FNB you need to check your statement and do the follow up on your account because fnb are scammers.
I'm back again I canceled my first home loan application that I was granted 100 percent on it due to some reasons. I applied for a new one with the same documents that I used for the first one. They said they regret to inform me that I don't qualify due to income. Which income are they referring too because I got 100 percent with that income they are talking about it.
