Think twice before purchasing an Outbound Cyclone caravan!!
We have bought the Outbound Cyclone caravan around February 2023. In May we went on a Kruger trip with it for the first time. The whole caravan nearly burned out, due to the fact that the 220 volt and 12 volt were on the same DB board. The wires inside has melted and the main switch on the DB board did not trip. Due to this we were without electricity on our last night. What if this happened while we were sleeping?? They did fix the problem, but we had to take the caravan to them in Kempton and we are staying close to Delmas. We were not compensated for our fuel or effort. In December we have camped again and experienced a lot of rain. The caravan has leaked inside and a lot into the front box. We had to take it back yet again and they assured us that the problem was fixed. Last weekend I have washed the caravan and now when we open the front box, it was flooded. I have also seen a little water running down on the inside of the window. We have also traded in a camping wagon. When we wanted to take out a licence for one of our other vehicles we had to pay for the camping wagon first as it was never dealer stocked. We were refunded though. Another fault is the wheel bearings that get so hot that you can't touch the outside of the wheel cap. This was brought under their attention, but in the end fixed at our own expense.

If you walk into a business and the receptionist stares at you, then when you ask her where the spares department is and she just point to the right - upstairs! The the spares department is not over eager to help you! The product bought was absolutely of poor standard. Looking at the new caravans down stairs, we could see people hanging around, on their phones..no one bothers to get up! Good buy!

If you walk into a business and the receptionist stares at you, then when you ask her where the spares department is and she just point to the right - upstairs! The the spares department is not over eager to help you! The product bought was absolutely of poor standard. Looking at the new caravans down stairs, we could see people hanging around, on their phones..no one bothers to get up! Good buy!

Damaged stove
I bought a gas stove from Cadac at leisure world Kempton Caravan. The flame went out of a wrong whole . I went to buy a cylinder as I was at Limpopo. I contacted them the guy whom was assisting me he tried to help me via phone but I did get it right. When I got to the shop he called his senior before he can process a refund. His senior said to me I know nothing about this things because I'm black and they are not going to refund me they will take it back to Cadac. I said to him I don't want it anymore I want my money back I'm not safe with it. He said I must sell it. Is the anyone who said he or she wants it? He said he doesn't care. I have sent an email to Cadac on Friday they did respond back to me. I want my transport money and stove money back I don't want the stove I have already bought the cylinder.

Please check you item. We bought a caravan and the table was fold up and in its place. The lady send us a video(still on my phone) also the table was fold up. We never look underneath the table and she did not mentioned anything. O my word the day that we took the caravan road worthy and start to pack the caravan, we had a big surprise. She offer we must bring the caravan on our expenses they will cut out the damaged piece, cut the same piece out under the bed and swop the two. For me it is a no no then another piece is damaged.
