I have been having a problem with the parking payment machine at kenilworth centre quite a few times. (1) The person who answers the when contacted from the machine says that the free parking is for 90 minutes. The sign says free parking is for one hour. (2) The free parking is for one hour because when I go to the machine it asks for payment when I am 65 or 70 minutes. (3) When contacting the person on the loud speaker no help. All the time repeating 'sorry'. many of us just give up and just pay the amount. \ I sent the following email to the centre management today. (6 June 2023) Will see if they respond. I won't hold my breath.
Dear Sir / Madam, I trust you are well. I would like to bring to your attention that the parking machine does not accept your till slip with the barcode that allows customers to claim free parking. It has happened to me quite a few times, even this morning, and many people before me have also experienced the same problem. Can you please take this up with the management of the parking machine company.
