With regards to this place the lack of communication is pathetic and that between headoffice and cape town. My husband was in an accident with one of there rental cars and yet nothing from the insurance was ever communicated to us at all. We were told to pay some excess which we did and then all of a sudden the other vehicle that we have with them was deactivated. Thinking what happened here now.The car is paid and now this car is dead not knowing that Kenings deactivated the vehicle based on the insurance claim of the written off vehicle that we had to pay to them and we received ZERO letter, ZERO correspondence, absolutely nothing....from them to say payment needs to be made. THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION IN THIS PLACE IS PATHETIC REALLY....THEY DONT GIVE YOU TIME, NOT AN EMAIL, TO FIX THE PROBLEM THAT THEY NEVER TOLD US ABOUT......THEY WILL JUST DEACTIVATE THE CAR YOU PAID... REMEMBER THAT PEOPLE....
