With regards to this place the lack of communication is pathetic and that between headoffice and cape town. My husband was in an accident with one of there rental cars and yet nothing from the insurance was ever communicated to us at all. We were told to pay some excess which we did and then all of a sudden the other vehicle that we have with them was deactivated. Thinking what happened here now.The car is paid and now this car is dead not knowing that Kenings deactivated the vehicle based on the insurance claim of the written off vehicle that we had to pay to them and we received ZERO letter, ZERO correspondence, absolutely nothing....from them to say payment needs to be made. THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION IN THIS PLACE IS PATHETIC REALLY....THEY DONT GIVE YOU TIME, NOT AN EMAIL, TO FIX THE PROBLEM THAT THEY NEVER TOLD US ABOUT......THEY WILL JUST DEACTIVATE THE CAR YOU PAID... REMEMBER THAT PEOPLE....
So I needed the papers of my car that's paid in full and unfortunately I am unable to get it. I requested for a duplicate and paid R569.00 for this duplication. Not knowing that there was a fine/ warrant pending. So I ask why you say people need to pay R600 for you to tell me there is a warrant. And when I sent an email back asking so what now.....you dont answer.....So where is my money.....or what was that for....exactly...admin charges....Why you rob people like that....
I DONT UNDERSTAND - How many times must I send documents to this place - I am not *****ing the system - I just dont have my married surname ID to show that I am married but I sent my marriage certificate and ID document - changed the damn banking details as well just to get my payout. I mean this has been ongoing for how many weeks now.......Does your Admin department not know how to look at documents?????
SA MOTOR LEASE - you quick to turn off the vehicle for a mistake that you made on a contract but when a license disc is not given in a 2 month period you no where to be found. Your staff at the CAPE TOWN BRANCH - has not been able to provide answers and we have a vehicle that we pay for month on month and cannot drive due to an overdue 2 month license disk that we cannot obtain from you. WHERE IS THE LICENSE DISK SA MOTOR LEASE.
Planet 42 has been a disaster since the day I started with application. This is a route I will NEVER go again. When I couldn't've afford the instalment after month 4 it was said you need to ensure that you have 6 months payments and then the 7th month will be the final payment and then it will be settled. I dragged myself through the 7 months of payments to ensure that I can give the car back because I could not afford it. So now when its finally month number 7 they saying that I still owe another months payment as settlement. But yet the emails that was sent to me did not say that. What Pathetic service are you providing? Why you lying to your customers after struggling to pay that ridiculously high instalment for a leased car month on month and then say another thing. I paid my 7 months that you said I need to pay why you telling me now that I need to pay another month?
How is it possible Planet.42 to deduct money from my account and there is NO CAR.???? YOU CANT EVEN SPEAK TO A MANAGER OR SUPERIOR TO ASSIST ME AT ALL. YOU THAT TAKE MONEY BEFORE U DELIVER...WHAT BUSINESS IS THIS HEY??
For almost a month I have been struggling to reopen a business account. Everytime I call they say turnaround is 5 working days which I have been waiting continually for someone to get back to me. I have signed papers and done the KYC. I have always believed that THIS bank HAS A GREAT REPUTATION but look at the service you provide to customers. And your consultants has no telephone etiquette. They make as if it's not there problem and place the SLA which is not adhered to at all.
So after reading the wonderful reviews of these scammers purchased a shoe for my daughter. No correspondence.. no nothing. 7 business days later sending a few whatsapps trying to call no answer to ask were is my order. Only for them to read my whatsapp and then don't respond at all. They are pathetic they give u pathetic service and I will never buy there again. Still waiting on response went on Tracker my order still nothing. I promise should I ask a refund that won't happen don't trust this place. PATHETIC
6 WEEKS AND STILL NO MANAGER, NO HEAD OF DEPARTMENT, NO NOTHING. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO INVESTIGATE/PAYOUT A FUNERAL CLAIM. YOU GAVE 14 DAYS WE WAITED 6 WEEKS.... OUR FAMILY MEMBER WAS BURIED 6 WEEKS AGO AND STILL NO ANSWER CLIENTELE. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL CAN AN INSURANCE COMPANY BE. I WILL KEEP WRITING ON THIS PLATFORM TILL WE GET AN ANSWER....from pillar to post, numerous calls we had to make to your offices and you don't have the decency to give feedback....instead you put generic messages and say you called but absolutely NOTHING WAS DONE.
SO THE FUNERAL IS OVER - paid out of pocket and CLIENTELE - gives no explanation as to what - why - they have not paid out the claim - you call in to ask - its the runaround this was 2 WEEKS AGO - so much for 24hrs that is a LIE. CLIENTELE take the premiums religiously, they call you or remind you of payment and still when its time to payout - NOTHING HAPPENED. All we got was airtime and condolences from staff. MANAGEMENT is NOWHERE available or in meetings whole day. The claim goes from one department to the next - So really is this how you treat clients CLIENTELE? IS THIS HOW BAD THE SERVICE IS?
