Incompetent
The finance manager is useless, got a car from them in February, they call 4 months later saying the dekra is expired and have to get a new one done at my cost.

Our finance manager arranged for the COR to be done timeously in February when you purchased the vehicle PRIVATELY. The dealership registered the vehicle timeously in Durban as per agreement and your wife accepted that she had a time period to have the licensing done in Gauteng.

21 Jul 2020, 06:56as per National Licensing Department regulations regarding proof of address and license discs. The fact that she forgot to do it by her own admission and the COR expired does not constitute any uselessness on the dealership side.

Our dealership will now refrain from discussing this matter any further on this platform and once again invite you to come in so that we can still try help you solve your self inflicted problem.
