After purchasing online and being debited, makro than cancels the order, going the 2nd week now and still cant provide me a refund after submitting twice. They service and online shop is a **** advertise for products with no stock availability
Bought i vehicle from them in March, with a condition of my current vehicle being settled with the bank, its been over a month no one responds and takes calls, and the vehicle still isnt settled
These guys hust decide they want to increase your debit order dates and amounts when they feel like worse bank to deal with
I asked to speak to a supervisor on a cancellation of a contract and no one seems to give me a correct answer, they also put price increase on an already existing contract, pathetic service.
Spoke to a consultant on the 4th of June, and then again on 7th of June, today is the 11th and there still isn't any response. The customer service is terible and they are 1 of the top 4 banks in SA, I wouldn't recommend ABSA to anyone
Terrible service been trying to get hold of their cancelation department from December with no luck, they don't even have senior people to assist with the cancelation of a simple contract which can be picked up on my list of contracts.
The finance manager is useless, got a car from them in February, they call 4 months later saying the dekra is expired and have to get a new one done at my cost.
Despicable business practices, promises not kept over charging on bills, guys becareful, charges for bundles not given
