Steer away from Kenwood

Steer far away from Kenwood, not what they used to be.

Service is shocking to say the least, getting no response, 1minute phone call, requested to please be called back, one week later, still waiting.

Wasted my money and have a parent that bakes for a living in tears as there is no income as there is no proper Kenwood mixer!
