Very dissapointed

Although the broker Calvin Simigianis has always offered me excellent customer service but when push comes to shove, it seems he does not act in the best interest of the clients but of the insurer, Discovery Insure. As a result of this misalignment, I have been unfairly sanctioned for losses incurred to my car, due to faulty workmanship of suppliers. Despite a letter of demand, my money was not paid in line with the agreement of loss, they have put me in a precarious financial position, and am forced to pursue legal action.
