Kessel Motors - Misdiagnosed, Incompetence & Malpractice.

My car went into Kessel Motors for a misfire. Even I new it wasn’t the coil pack and other parts needed. I was quoted almost R4k. Then you established its injectors which isn’t the problem either! You should've tested it either by diagnostic fault code or physically in the first place before replacing anything else!

Then you still want to charge me almost R4k for parts you’ve replaced because of your misdiagnosis! Now they holding my vehicle and saying it’s the head, needs to come off, skimmed etc etc.
