Terrible communication, incorrect policy cover and premium. The business seems to be all about taking on as many customers as possible and bombarding you with information. Despite complaining & cancelling they still trying to debit my account. Very unhappy……stay away!
This company continues to contact me despite telling them not to and asking them where they got my number from etc. They use different numbers and company names, insist on trying to continue the tele sales call. I tell them to stop harassing me with unsolicited calls, but they continue. I have asked politely and rudely to be take off their mailing list. Now I need to report them to the Consumer ombudsman. I see there are numerous complaints about them on HelloPeter and other complaint platforms.
With all the money Clientele spends on advertising you would believe they are this incredible, reliable, top insurance company but don’t be fooled! It’s impersonal, to big and you constantly have to follow up on matters!
My car went into Kessel Motors for a misfire. Even I new it wasn’t the coil pack and other parts needed. I was quoted almost R4k. Then you established its injectors which isn’t the problem either! You should've tested it either by diagnostic fault code or physically in the first place before replacing anything else! Then you still want to charge me almost R4k for parts you’ve replaced because of your misdiagnosis! Now they holding my vehicle and saying it’s the head, needs to come off, skimmed etc etc.
Shocking Service from Incredible Connection Cavendish! I purchased a new Lenovo laptop on 22/112024. I emailed, then tried to call the store twice at 09h15 this morning to be told they busy with customers and couldn’t answer my call. Ask to speak to the branch manager, was put on hold and call never answered!
Shocking service just to get a sim swop done. What a waste of time, incompetence etc. I emailed a detailed complaint to Cell C directly and I’m still waiting!

Im extremely disappointed with Battery Mobile Services Maitlands products. I purchased a refurbished battery with a 1 month guarantee in March which started running flat 2 months later. Its been recharged but still runs flat leaving me stranded on numerous occasions. All i want is a new battery or my money back.
I only use Apple products including iPad, iPod, iPhone XR, iPhone 6s, 5s etc etc. I recently had a problem with my iPhone 6s and was told it was a software and or hardware issue and could not be restored or repaired despite attempts to wipe, restore etc to then be told it could not be fixed. This to me is clearly an Apple product software/hardware failure problem. I am extremely disappointed as there was nothing wrong with the phone and now it cannot be repaired. If this is the case I will be very hesitant about purchasing another Apple product in future. I would therefore like a reason as to why this has occurred and the phone cannot be restored or repaired regardless of how old the phone is.
