KeyDirect Scam SMS deducting money
I received a SMS saying that debit order will go through my account on specific day for 115.00ZAR. I have never ever heard of this company & Never authorized any debit orders with my bank. I asked my bank to help & they said I need to speak with KeyDirect. This is horrible how can someone just start deducting money from your account. Where on earth do they get our details.........

KeyDirect Scam SMS deducting money
I received a SMS saying that debit order will go through my account on specific day for 115.00ZAR. I have never ever heard of this company & Never authorized any debit orders with my bank. I asked my bank to help & they said I need to speak with KeyDirect. This is horrible how can someone just start deducting money from your account. Where on earth do they get our details.........

PATHETIC COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!
THE COMPANY IS PATHETIC !!!! I SPOKE TO SLINDILE DWALA WHO COULDNT CONFIRM IF THE DEBIT WAS NOT GOING TO BE OFF FROM MY ACCOUNT ! MIND YOU I NEVER AUTHORIZED THIS DEBIT ! NO ONE CALLED ME YET I WAS TOLD SOMEONE HAD CONTACTED ME ! WELL OFCOS THERE WAS NO CALL RECORDING . I WAS PUT THRU A "MANAGER" NAME :SHANTEL NAIDOO WHO SAID I WOULD BE GETTING AN EMAIL AS SHE IS NOT SURE HOW THIS HAPPENED ! THEY ARE DEBITING PEOPLE R115 !WHAT FOR THEY CANT TELL U . IM SICK OF THESE PEOPLE WHO DEBIT ACCOUNTS AN EXPECT US TO SIT BACK AN RELAX THATS BULL**** !

Company called Usizo247 sent me an SMS on Wednesday informing of an debit order to my account for 08-31-2018 that will take place an amount of R115 and I ignored the sms thought it was sent by mistake .this morning an amount of R115 was debited from my account and I have no debit order arrangement with them .

Fraudulant debit order
I received an SMS from this company that reads as follows: "Your Usizo247 R115 debit will run on 31 Aug 2018 sold by key direct ********** 235 ref KEYDIRECT**********. Respond to SMS for Help" I tried contacting this company as I have never given them permission to debit money from my account nor do i know who they are. is there some sort of ombudsman where we can report these companies that fraudulently obtain our banking details and without permission debit money from our accounts?

On the 25th July 2018 I received an sms stating the below. "Your Usizo247 R115 debit will run on the 31st July 2018 sold by Key Direct ********** 235 refKEYDIRECTmyIDnumber ********** . respond to sms for help" I was suprised since I have never agreed to any products or services over the telesales calls since 2014. I called the number provided which was answered after 3 attempts. I asked what was it that I purchased and never got the answer, only told that they would cancel the debit order, I later received an sms: 'KEYDIRECT' lodged a R115 debit order for date: '180731' on your account ref: 'myID number'or for more information go to 'www.usizo247.coza" Now, on the 31 July 2018, R115 debit order went off from my account. I just want my money back and cancel whatever account I have with you. Today I am calling the same number and there is not answer. what in the world is going on here. These people even have my ID number. This is scary. These companies that are trading our data behind our backs. giving us more reasons not to buy on credit any more. ever.

Fraud/unauthorised debit order
I have been receiving smses from keydirect and Usizo247 saying they will debit R115 from my account on the 31 July 2018. I don't know both entities and I have never made any agreement with them. I have read lots of complains now from people who have receive the SMS and debit order when through. Please help me block these people from taking my money.

Keydirect or Usizo247 is a company selling grief to South Africans. They have debited my account and now I had to waste my valuable time to track them. Their office address or call center operations: 1st floor, building one, Manhattan Office Park, 16 Pieter Street, Pretoria. Their numbers are ********** or ********** Can someone please provide the details of the CEO/MD please?

Unauthorised debits by Usizo 247
I received an SMS which was informing me that Usizo 247 debit of R115 sold by KEYDIRECT will go through and I was surprised as I had never had any contact with the above company, the debit will go through on the 29-06-2018 find such act criminal as I had never had any agreement with the above company. I consider it a criminal offence.
