Disgusting service!

I am a frequent customer at this branch(3-4 times per month). The service at this branch is pathetic and after a few disappointments, I decided to write this review. Today I had guests and purchased a dip dunk dine box, which should have dips inside and I received zero. Along with that I ordered 24 zinger wing bucket. The wings were ice cold and extremely dry! Disgusting! Embarrassing, as I had guests to feed. I contacted the manager, and the service or lack there of left me speechless. I demand my full meal be replaced after this pathetic experience. The manager wants to look at camera footage and whatever else. I give this branch so much business, I am extremely disappointed.
