Burned kfc
With cost of fuel and take outs, staff at a take out should not be boxing burned KFC. Literally black to the bone. Pretty obvious that it was not edible and should not have been boxed.The dilemma is with cost of fuel to return the food exceeding the value of the meal? What does one do. Photographed and dumped. A sin.

Disgusting service!
I am a frequent customer at this branch(3-4 times per month). The service at this branch is pathetic and after a few disappointments, I decided to write this review. Today I had guests and purchased a dip dunk dine box, which should have dips inside and I received zero. Along with that I ordered 24 zinger wing bucket. The wings were ice cold and extremely dry! Disgusting! Embarrassing, as I had guests to feed. I contacted the manager, and the service or lack there of left me speechless. I demand my full meal be replaced after this pathetic experience. The manager wants to look at camera footage and whatever else. I give this branch so much business, I am extremely disappointed.

Horrible Terrible Manager
I was Chased out by the Manager because I had a Gown on and I was not the prob because their drive thru was closed 🔐 She was rude and very sarcastic my only words was "if I was white would u have treated me the same knowing ur drive thru is closed" and then she stopped being sarcastic. I told her to stay front of house (FOH) coz I dnt want her spitting in my food because she was nasty... I bought food there almost everymorning now I dnt pop in at all if I do it wil be once a month whn I'm desperate but I'm still scared to buy food tht will be spitted on.
