Since last week, 6-8 phishing mails per day through fiscali/mweb regarding my cloud which is full telling to to upgrade which I do not do. . Called mweb twice. Thier server should filter this out? They agree. They are aware and are working on it. Really? Time to cancel e mail?

Can someone with authority cartrack please call me. Previous contract. Admin issues New contract. Bought car from dealer signed up to new cartrack contract. Fitters excellent. Then apparently bank did not work. 3 calls per day. Eventually yesterday via Thabang i made 3 months payment upfront and placed a debit myself on my account to run 28th . Paid 3 months up. Today by 0900 2 calls already. Not acceptable . We are now sorted.

Booked. Checked on line. No issues. Arrived 0530 to board 0630. To fly 0700 flight 306. Queue formed. No staff. 0700 a passenger went to flight tracker. Still no staff at A7. Left boarding back to counter. Staff at counter pleasant. New ticket issued. Missing meetings. At least one could have been kept up to date. Nothing
Since my Forbes days and now momentum, I have always recieved only the best level of service from my go to people, Janine, Nicole and now Keletso. Premiums are competitive and although I am not a regular "claimer", I change vehicles often, your team understands me. My latest test was stupidly a lost vehicle key, and both Nicole and Keletso have handled this in the most amazing manner with complete trust. Thank you.
The harrassment continues. Sold car.sold. tracker eventually removed.Had paid in advance. Until 2027. Accounts agreed to use those funds to cancel my contract against cancelation fee. Notice of cancellation recieved. Spoken with CEO escalations who appears to understand and sort out. On a no contact list until resolved HOWEVER at least one to two aggressive calls from cartrack per day. Please assist.
Selling my car. No longer need tracker. Account paid up until March 2027. This money will be used for cancellation fee . No problem. Job set for deinstall. notification recieved no reinstall. Tech arrives. Wrong job card. He sorts this out and is told by tech support he cannot remove the device. Car now off to dealer in 2 days. 4 hrs of calls. Wasted. Try and do the correct thing. No problem last time. Please contact client urgently

Paid for overnight on extremely small package. Collected JHB Friday 30th May 1230. In transit that evening. In transit changed to 0130 on 1st June . How? Sent e mail to support x3. They will contact. No answer.It is now Sunday afternoon. What is overnight and how does it translate to 3 days. They were great when they started. Next time use Postnet.
