Order on drivethru on 19.04.26. JUST after 12 o clock . 4x dunked strips(1zinger,3normal, 4 dunked pops. Got told its going to take 7 minutes cause they dont keep those ... 15 min later i was told they dont have zinger strips i can either take normal or leave it. no refund option. I was told to pull out of drivethru to parking and wait again. i refused. Asked to speak to manager. e told me shes manager. Told her im not happy. She gave me attitude, pulled up shoulders ad walked away. Another 10 min i was given my bad of food. With attitude again. KFC in town foods and service great. KFC at the mall WILL NOT SEE ME AGAIN.
