I bought kfc via Uber eats on the 28th at Naledi mall and on 29 at Chris Hani Mall. On both occasions the meat had white slimy stuff underneath the skin, all portion were not properly cooked. I took the meal back at Naledi and I was given other portions and they were still not properly cooked. I then requested for a refund and I was told to contact Uber eats as they were a 3rd party and the money is with Uber eats. I unfortunately had not taken pics of the meat and the photos were requested by Uber eats when logging a complain. I then ordered the same meal the following day (29th November) I took photos of the meat that was not properly cooked and proceeded to log a complaint with Uber eats but the system gave me issues. Both occasions I was disappointed and not satisfied with the meat and worst of all I was not successful with logging complains with the Uber app as well and my money was not well spent. Please re-train your staff on meat prep because we don't only loose interest in buying your items but we loose money especially if we use Uber eats. Both meals were R 209 excluding delivery and a tip.
