On the 13th of February 2026 around 14:53, I bough a meal from the self service kiosk. I received the order number, and payment was made from my account. When i went to collect my order they told me that my transaction declined because the meal I ordered was not available but it was part of the menu on display. Secondly I have proof of purchase from my app but the cashier insisted that the payment didn’t go through but the proof was there. At the end she said she could not refund me, instead I need to send my bank statement so that they can confirm the payment. I was so frustrated because the proof and order number was there. Till today no refund
