Bad customer care service

CAS-***-K7L7S4 - spoke to different consultants and they all have not assisted they can’t even explain why a voucher is not sent to me but was promised one after the bad food I received they are all telling me they are escalating 5 days later still not assisted ******* customer service they need to train their stuff as they even can’t even agree on one thing each agents tell you a different story
