Bad customer care service
CAS-***-K7L7S4 - spoke to different consultants and they all have not assisted they can’t even explain why a voucher is not sent to me but was promised one after the bad food I received they are all telling me they are escalating 5 days later still not assisted ******* customer service they need to train their stuff as they even can’t even agree on one thing each agents tell you a different story

Poor customer care
I submitted a complaint of ordering a particular burger but being charged for a more expensive item, but received the item.i actually ordered, when the customer care contacted me I explained the situation and provided the receipt but they insisted they also required a photo of the item, I had eaten the item and honestly drive thru, means you are in a vehicle and should not be on your phone let alone taking pictures of your burger while driving, after a back and forth with the customer care person insisting they required a photo to do anything about it, he put the phone down on me

Unresolved Complaint – Poor Service and Product Quality
Dear KFC Customer Care Team, On 8 November, I received a call from the manager at BP Nonqubela regarding a complaint I had lodged. He assured me that he would contact me again on Tuesday, 11 November, with a resolution. Unfortunately, I never received that follow-up call. This experience has been deeply disappointing. Not only has the product quality declined, but so has the in-store service and contact centre support. To add to this, the manager’s failure to honour his promise to call back reflects a lack of accountability and professionalism. As a loyal customer, I expected better from KFC. However, given the consistently poor service and product experience, I am now reconsidering my support for the brand.
