Formal Complaint About Service at KFC Delft Mall
Dear KFC Complaints Department
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to formally raise concerns about the ongoing poor service at your KFC branch located in Delft Mall.
Over time, I have personally experienced and heard multiple complaints from others about the service at this branch. The recurring issues include: - Staff displaying poor attitudes and lack of customer service. - No proper approach or friendliness when interacting with customers. - Orders being consistently incorrect. - A lack of acknowledgment or apology when mistakes are pointed out.
These problems have persisted for a long time, to the point where I stopped purchasing from this branch. Recently, I decided to give it another chance, hoping for improvement, but unfortunately, the service remains the same. I also know of others who have stopped supporting this branch due to similar experiences.
This is not only frustrating for customers but also harmful to the reputation of the KFC brand. I kindly urge your team to investigate this matter and take the necessary steps to address and improve the service at KFC Delft Mall.
