Uncooked food , poor customer service and no sense of care when it comes to making the food

I went to kfc Florida drive through today on Boxing Day expecting to get a good meal . I ordered a dunked all star box and a zinger meal for someone. When I got home and opened the box it looked like they just threw everything in the box. The dunked sauce was everywhere , the chips tasted like it was yesterday’s chips and the meal didn’t look appealing at all. The zinger meal was even worse , the outside was of the patty was over cooked and falling apart but the inside wasn’t even cooked , it also looked like they just threw that burger together. It wasn’t even edible.

I will never go to this kfc branch again , it’s either they don’t have something or their food just isn’t right. I mean customer service can ruin a business or make it bloom.
