This is now the **second time** I have had a terrible experience ordering through **Uber Eats**, and I am extremely disappointed. I recently ordered **KFC from the Florida branch**, and once again the food that was delivered was completely unacceptable. The meal was in such a poor condition that I **could not eat it at all**, which means I have **wasted my money** on food that had to be thrown away. I immediately tried to report the issue through the **Uber Eats app**, but the **support system is not responding to my complaint**, which is very frustrating. As a paying customer, I expect proper assistance when something goes wrong. It is honestly **a disgrace for a store like KFC Florida to allow food of such poor quality to be sent to customers**, especially through a delivery platform like Uber Eats that people rely on for convenience and quality. This is now my **second bad experience**, and because of the lack of response from support, **I am done using Uber Eats**. Customers should not have to pay for food they cannot eat, nor should they struggle to get assistance when they raise a legitimate complaint. I will be posting this complaint here because **the issue has not been addressed through the app**, and I hope it encourages Uber Eats and the KFC Florida branch to take accountability and improve their service.

I bought 4 Wings and a Bread Loaf for my pregnant wife from KFC Florida Road. When I got home, she took a bite and that's when we realised it was extremely mouldy. I went back to the store and asked for the manager. I showed them the moulded bread loaf and the manager said it was probably due to the heat, as the packaging said the bread load was "Best Before 23h59 on 02 March 2026" She assured me that it was an anomoly and replaced the bread loaf. The second bread loaf had the same "Best Before 23h59 02 March 2026" To my dismay and complete irritation at this point, when I got home my wife, once again, inspected the replacement bread loaf. It was also mouldy.

I don't even want to give them a star at all. I ordered food from KFC Florida to be delivered. Uber said that they picked up my order and will come and deliver. 20 min later I receive a message "Sorry, this delivery could not be completed." There was no driver near the delivery address, our security and the receptionist did not see any body.

I went to kfc Florida drive through today on Boxing Day expecting to get a good meal . I ordered a dunked all star box and a zinger meal for someone. When I got home and opened the box it looked like they just threw everything in the box. The dunked sauce was everywhere , the chips tasted like it was yesterday’s chips and the meal didn’t look appealing at all. The zinger meal was even worse , the outside was of the patty was over cooked and falling apart but the inside wasn’t even cooked , it also looked like they just threw that burger together. It wasn’t even edible. I will never go to this kfc branch again , it’s either they don’t have something or their food just isn’t right. I mean customer service can ruin a business or make it bloom.

Very disappointed with KFC florida, I was there today (27 October) at 14:05, drive through, I order two snacks burgers and wings, the lady only rang the burgers and I only realised when I was given my order. So lady at the collections tell me they can't ring the wings noe "I must just come inside" blunt like that, the reason why I chose drive through is because it was raining so I tell them no I'm not gonna walk in the rain they must make a plan, the 1 day said take your R50 we will refund you then other lady told me I must give them my pin that's the only way it's gonna work so I gave them coz I was running out of time, if something happens to my card I'll definitely be in contact with you'll, once that was done they just throw me with my order no apology nothing, I'm a really frustrated and disgusted about the service I got....I would have loved to name and shame them but they were not wearing name tags, my order number was 437 27 October 14:05

The last time I bought KFC was in July 2023. It tasted aweful. Not like it used to. Prior to that it tasted juicy and fresh with the perfect seasoning. In July 2023, twice in a row, it tasted like it's been fried in old fkn oil... disgusting, and a burnt flavour. So time went by and thought I'd give it another shot...more than a year after my repeated terrible experience. And you know what, tastes just as disgusting! Ordered from Noordheuwel 'cause the last time it was Florida and Keywest (it tasted like sht!). I guess things has changed. The new owners are about cost cutting.. *** the customer. Short term goal: make as much money possible in the shortest time possible and bail. Burnt economic etrocity!

My kids went to KFC Florida Road, Durban on the 04/10/2024. They purchased the Jalapeño Chips via the kiosk. Upon returning home they found a few scattered chips in the box. They immediately sent me a Pic and I went online and logged a complaint to the KFC complaints department. 10 days later and we still waiting to be contacted. What urkes me is that I have purchased these chips on many occasions for my kids from the same kfc store and have never had an issue....those treacherous kfc staff saw that these were kids and decided to take advantage of the situation and rob these boys. I am beyond sick at the caliber of kfc staff members.

They immediately sent me a Pic and I went online and logged a complaint to the KFC complaints department. 10 days later and we still waiting to be contacted. What urkes me is that I have purchased these chips on many occasions for my kids from the same kfc store and have never had an issue....those treacherous kfc staff saw that these were kids and decided to take advantage of the situation and rob these boys. I am beyond sick at the caliber of kfc staff members.

Hi I'm saddened to say that. we went pass Florida yesterday evening to collect my kids from their grandmother and went to KFC Florida since I had returned from my business trip. We get home as we reside in Lindhaven and find that we were given two burned chickens. I'm not sure whether this was done purpose because it was late and that we were black customers or what. My husband did say that he saw the lady removing this meat from something else and putting it in our bucket. Again meaning we were either given a left over from someone else as thr chicken was not take out of the warmer. And having to make the comparison the chicken we normally buy at Wilro Park it different to the chicken we bought at Florida as I had experienced an issue with the KFC in Constantia near flora clinic earlier this year. Can I get an explanation why were given burnt meat especially at that time of the night. I'm a very unhappy customer and this bad service has to stop because we not doing anybody a favour. I have also emailed my complain to kfccustomercare
