I had the worst experience today … I went to kfc to buy nice family treat meal for me and my family for sit down … as you know Christmas shopping is exhausting and kfc is always the best to end the day or atleast that what I thought This was the worst service I have ever received by far from kfc 1stly ordered at 17Hoo and received my order at 18:05 My kids and my mom were beyond hungry and irritable 2ndly I went to ask not once not twice but 3 times and the people in front told me wait you not called yet no explanation nothing 3rdly the restaurant is filthy I had to use my 9 month year old baby wipes to clean the table cause it was really bad but that okay but the worst part the Highlight is the staff Arrogant ,Rude and didn’t explain to us why there was a delay to our orders … I will attach the slip for evidence When I asked for information … My God the rude response I got the attitude I got was the worst I have ever received only then when was asking about my one hour order NOKWANDA A STAFF MEMBER DECIDE TO SHOUT AT ME AND TELL ME IF I DONT STOP TALKING !!…SHE WILL LEAVE ME ALONE!!! MIND YOU I WAS ASKING FOR MANGER AT THAT POINT CAUSE HER ATTITUDE WAS DESPICABLE OTHER CUSTOMERS ALSO COMPLAINED AND ONLY THEN NOW AN OUR LATER I RECEIVED MY COLD MEAT AND DRIED UP CHIPS WHICH THEY PICKED UP FROM THE FLOOR GUESS IT WAS WAITING THERE FOR THE FROZEN WINGS WHICH NO ONE COMMUNICATED ABOUT UNTILL AN HOUR LATER AFTER COMPLAINING AND BEING TOLD TO SHUT UP Please train your Staff …How to treat customers bato pele principals Respect Cause I came and spoke with them with respect and the attitude I received my word

Ordered two colonel burgers. They did not have colonel sauce and put Hot and spicy sauce to which does not agree to our stomach. Come home and extremely hungry only to find hash browns instead of chicken fillet patties. Drove back to the store and asked for the manager. a lady named ANITA D said she is the manager and told us they will make us new burgers. No apology as if it was our fault. No compensation for their incompetence and no thank you when handed the food. despite me saying that this costed me a second trip for their mistakes. And when i did order initially and got the wrong order the store was very quiet so they cannot use the excuse of them being overwhelmed with orders. Everyday after 6.30 they said they don't have chicken and wait 20mins if you want just to turn customers away. yet they close at 9pm. They should close down completely
