Disappointed and dissatisfied with KFC and how they treat there customer's i had ordered two All Star meals and two coke Zeros and received something i didnt not order, they delivered a streetwise one and a coke zero, the customer care clearly couldn't help me. I spoke to the supervisor Nomfundo Hadebe which they say it was a operational issue and it wasn't my fault but i still didnt get what i had ordered. Afer waiting for more than one hour and 30 minutes we could not get to a solution where she had dictated to me that i will get a refund within 24 hours which when i made my payment for a service i didn't receive it was made immediately and i still wait not having a way forward. I requested to speak to a manager and she told me the manager Given Mlonyeni doesn't take escalation annd will couldn't tell me the turn around time. KFC DOESN'T CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS
