Disappointed and dissatisfied with KFC and how they treat there customer's i had ordered two All Star meals and two coke Zeros and received something i didnt not order, they delivered a streetwise one and a coke zero, the customer care clearly couldn't help me. I spoke to the supervisor Nomfundo Hadebe which they say it was a operational issue and it wasn't my fault but i still didnt get what i had ordered. Afer waiting for more than one hour and 30 minutes we could not get to a solution where she had dictated to me that i will get a refund within 24 hours which when i made my payment for a service i didn't receive it was made immediately and i still wait not having a way forward. I requested to speak to a manager and she told me the manager Given Mlonyeni doesn't take escalation annd will couldn't tell me the turn around time. KFC DOESN'T CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS
Worst company ever to ever deal with that has the most disgusting customer service.Consultant within the Customer service department literally hang up on you while you requesting for assistance, consultants will cut the call if you ask to speak to a floor supervisor or say that supervisor are all in a meeting you should call after a hour and when you call again it's the same story where they tell you call after a hour. I've been requesting for a statement and it has been 4 days just to get a statement of my account and still today no assistance, consultants will tell you that they can email or send you a statement they have to send your request to the queries department which aren't contactable. I spoke to a gentleman of the name Cebo which literality cut the call on me will i was still explaining.
