No response after Children's home smashed and wrong order

NO RESPONSE!!!!

I've been at KFC last Saturday, (18th Oct 2025) to log a complaint on food they delivered at Bermuda no 5. It was for a children's home. With the delivery tip the amount was over R1800. Mr D already compensated us for the delivery but KFC just said it's not their problem.... Why is it their problem? Because the packages where sealed. They pack all 13 big burgers into one bag. That burgers looked like snack burgers when they arrived because they where smashed. The Pops where half empty There was 2 large chips missing and the other 14 packages of chips where half empty. I took pictures and showed it to Jane and Wendy, the manners at KFC. Wendy just said it's not there problem. After Jane explained to her that it is, she said she'll look into it and phone me. A week later and Im still waiting. Where do I go from here??
