We already have 4 contracts with Vodacom but they won't stop calling for more.... What is the use of the popi. Act of they are still keep on calling me. Where do we report this span and unwanted calls. Its so annoying. I am busy working or driving and they are so rude and persistent. After a few attempts.ti retrieve my 10 percent of my groceries in cancelled my Subscription with checkers. I lost a lot and my R99 and all they do is to tell me to call customer service. It doesn't have anything to do with them
NO RESPONSE!!!! I've been at KFC last Saturday, (18th Oct 2025) to log a complaint on food they delivered at Bermuda no 5. It was for a children's home. With the delivery tip the amount was over R1800. Mr D already compensated us for the delivery but KFC just said it's not their problem.... Why is it their problem? Because the packages where sealed. They pack all 13 big burgers into one bag. That burgers looked like snack burgers when they arrived because they where smashed. The Pops where half empty There was 2 large chips missing and the other 14 packages of chips where half empty. I took pictures and showed it to Jane and Wendy, the manners at KFC. Wendy just said it's not there problem. After Jane explained to her that it is, she said she'll look into it and phone me. A week later and Im still waiting. Where do I go from here??
We don't say anything about service because there is none. We went for exchina force yesterday and once again when we got home they didn't give us the discount. This morning I had to go back get my discount, but the lady at customer service was so unkind you would think She did me a favour as always we also didn't get my 10 percent discount . I pay R99 a month for it....why i dont know yet The other time I asked about it they say I must just activate my discount on my app. Now she said I must also tell them about my discount. Are they just lazy, slow or unwilling to work. There are so many people without work that would do better. Please train you people in customer service

Why are the specials marked under the things that os not on special. They write everything so small. We struggle to see but then when you come to the till I show them the description says Banderas sweetner now the excuse is the barcode. They just on to keep fooling us

Vodapay is just a bad experience. I bought 2.5 GB last night this morning it's gone. Nothing said expire by midnight
