I had a bad experience with Kelebogile Sechanke.
I had to be assisted by someone who was leavingand off duty. I was not happy with the service I received at KFC grey owl branch. I wanted to make an order at the kiosk and the lady named Kelebogile was rude and i dislike the service I received from the agent and the supervisor. The lady just rudely told me i can not make an order at the kiosk and just literally walked away and when i then walked to her side where she had decided to go stand, i asked for the manager or someone/supervisor on duty and she then said No that is not available to me and i wont be able to speak to a Manager/supervisor. I then pitched my voice a bit louder to request a supervisor and told her loudly that it is not possible to not have a manager or supervisor on duty. A lady named Nikeziwe then came and apologised on behalf of the staff member and told me she is the supervisor on duty and then asked what the issue at hand was politely and addressed the situation. I am not happy with how Kelebogile handled the issue and that the lie is what makes me most upset because all she had to do was call the supervisor and also come and try to get to a workable solution for us all to benefit both the branch and myself as the client.
I request a call back on 0691023809 with the outcome and I trust that she will be dealt with and possibly be fired or get a warning so she never mistreats a client or customer again.
