The time period you wait is terrible. You are expected to call in before getting to the store to get your order done quicker but when you do so, you still get to the store and wait almost 2 hours. I was told that my order will be ready in 15-25 minutes when ordering and i got to the store and when i queried, i was told that i have to Wait and they dont have anything they can do and that my order doesn’t matter wether i ordered over the phone or online but i will wait just as long as if i was ordering in store as there is no special treatment.
Slow service and the store is a lot dirty that it should be and it is not full. I made an order after 9:30pm on a friday and wow it was not looking great in the store as it was dirty even by the screen kiosk screen
I got to the store and they displayed meals in specific prices, upon ordering the prices have changed on the tills and are more expensive. I then asked the manager that why are they false advertising and he said there is nothing he can do. The Manager named Emmanuel and kiosk teller named Magdeline had attitude and insisted they can not do anything or sell the meals at the prices they have displayed in store. Steers Birch Acres Mall
I had a bad experience with Kelebogile Sechanke. I had to be assisted by someone who was leavingand off duty. I was not happy with the service I received at KFC grey owl branch. I wanted to make an order at the kiosk and the lady named Kelebogile was rude and i dislike the service I received from the agent and the supervisor. The lady just rudely told me i can not make an order at the kiosk and just literally walked away and when i then walked to her side where she had decided to go stand, i asked for the manager or someone/supervisor on duty and she then said No that is not available to me and i wont be able to speak to a Manager/supervisor. I then pitched my voice a bit louder to request a supervisor and told her loudly that it is not possible to not have a manager or supervisor on duty. A lady named Nikeziwe then came and apologised on behalf of the staff member and told me she is the supervisor on duty and then asked what the issue at hand was politely and addressed the situation. I am not happy with how Kelebogile handled the issue and that the lie is what makes me most upset because all she had to do was call the supervisor and also come and try to get to a workable solution for us all to benefit both the branch and myself as the client. I request a call back on 0691023809 with the outcome and I trust that she will be dealt with and possibly be fired or get a warning so she never mistreats a client or customer again. I made a call to Birch Acres branch and was answered by “Hleziphi” and upon making an order of my first meal, i asked for the balance of the items as i wanted to make an addition to my first meal item and she responded very rudely and hung up the line. I am unhappy with the service and I request that the lady gets a warning as i went to the branch and she didn’t look ti have remorse. I request to be contacted on 0691023809
They offer a service and when in need of a service because of health reasons they always have excuses to say they only cover certain issues whereas upon consultation to join they promise and say they cover all health issues. Unhappy and i will cancel the debit for the health provider and i suggest no-one else joins or uses them as they are really a bad choice.
Great experience at Mall of Tembisa and was assisted by Ntsako who knew the products and services i needed at my residence and offered me Fibre where i was requesting an LTE contract.
I am unhappy with the service i got from the service agents and Manager who was on duty. I requested a specific Diboeng Kgwabane. I spoke to the manager and she refused to give me her name. I had to throw a tantrum to get Diboeng’s name. They all had no name tags when i visited KFC Dobson-point on the 30th July 2023 at 5pm in the evening. I waited more than 25 minites for a simple wings meal.
I was with my spouse at the Hospital and i was speaking with my spouse and this Lady helping at Casualty Services. She was very rude towards My spouse and I and I am very unhappy. The lady’s name is Lindiwe Thabethe. I asked her why she was rude towards Is and she said she wont discuss anything with people who are not her superiors. She did not have a name tag on and she tried intimidating me thinking i would be scared. I am very unhappy with her service and thats he was very noisy when speaking.
I am unhappy with the service I got at one of the stores and I was asking a general question as i was paying at a till point and I then asked him who the current manager was and he said that he was the manager whereas he was lying. I then asked someone else who the manager or supervisor was and they told me it was someone else. I am unhappy with the treatment and even after asking for his name and surname from the manager and she was reluctant and saying she doesn’t want me to report him or the matter at hand.
