Worst KFC franchise
KFC LYNWOOD Road in Hillcrest BLVD showed us utmost disrespect we bought food got home got dry meat and chips definitely from the previous day 05/02/2026 cashier Lerato Leso INV 257351. Order No 151 Time minutes after 21:00 The chefs at this KFC have filthy hearts to serve such good we could only put it in the ******* bin where it belonged. Please check what is going on with the chef's in this KFC including the manager they have no love and respect for food outside of the customer who pays money.

Terrible quality of food.
Purchased Zinger wings and strips from the KFC Hillcrest store, and it was half the size. I dont advise anyone to purchase from there as it seems like they are selling by weight and not size. Quality is terrible.

wrong pieces of meat
Hi, yesterday i went to KFC in Hillcrest Boulevard in Lynnwood road pretoria and ordered 9 pieces of chicken via drive thru and when i got home i was so dissapointed with the types of pieces i found , 2 thighs , 1 drumstick , 3 side breats and three small breast , i wonder how they came about that , no wings , just one drumstick , my kids did not eat , i have 6 pieces of chicken in my fridge and money in the bin , i had to cook something for my family , i know we have a right to choose our pieces but is it fair for someone who did not choose to get majority of breast , i will never ever visit that KFC again .

Poor customer service
We just left KFC Hillcrest in Pretoria and the service was horrible. Please check the CCTV at between 17h30 and 17h44. The lady approached us and asked if we will be making purchase via card or cash, we responded by saying card then she told us to use the self-service machine since the tills only take cash. We proceeded to the self-service machine and waited for other patrons to finish with their orders. Then it was our turn, as we wanted to enter our cell phone number and she pressed guest option and I asked her why did she do that and she couldn't provide a response - 1st flag. We then continued on the machine and wanted the black Friday fiesta meal then she tells us we can only order it on the till as they don't have cups on the self-service machine-2nd flag and she will do us a favour and allow us to order at the till. We asked how will we pay at the till since she had said the till can only accept cash, and we are paying by card. She then said they will assist us at the till. So I asked her why she **** about the cash only option for the till, she couldn't answer me. I told her the least she could do is to apologize and take accountability and she wasn't keen so I told her I'm going to post a review about the experience then she apologizes.
