Poor customer service

We just left KFC Hillcrest in Pretoria and the service was horrible. Please check the CCTV at between 17h30 and 17h44. The lady approached us and asked if we will be making purchase via card or cash, we responded by saying card then she told us to use the self-service machine since the tills only take cash.

We proceeded to the self-service machine and waited for other patrons to finish with their orders. Then it was our turn, as we wanted to enter our cell phone number and she pressed guest option and I asked her why did she do that and she couldn't provide a response - 1st flag. We then continued on the machine and wanted the black Friday fiesta meal then she tells us we can only order it on the till as they don't have cups on the self-service machine-2nd flag and she will do us a favour and allow us to order at the till. We asked how will we pay at the till since she had said the till can only accept cash, and we are paying by card. She then said they will assist us at the till.

So I asked her why she **** about the cash only option for the till, she couldn't answer me. I told her the least she could do is to apologize and take accountability and she wasn't keen so I told her I'm going to post a review about the experience then she apologizes.
