Terrible service no cumminaction

I am literally fed up with the service at kabega kfc.i have complained numerously nothing gets done.you always get told o we are working on it.bought food.not once was waiting time mentioned.waiting 15min for small order asked what is happening o there is a waiting time for chicken.the other people was just as upset and one customer requested refund as this was not communicated.look on your cameras.never do you get a complimentary meal when your order is wrong or you waited how long.this is not the first time and I am now fed up with this.people in drive thrus just as upset while manager worries about ice cream machine!!!!!!!
