I paid R420 and axxess debited R419. I have been trying to get a refund since monday morning. Just ticket nrs on ticket nrs and hold how long.
Axxess do not respond to my emails. Since 2 December requested line to be cancelled and moved over to new house. Tried on app but would not allow me to cancel eff 31 December. Emailed used whats app still no responsr. I work from home and I can't be without fibre.
Very upset as I appkied for fibre and nothing has been done pending still. Mybwife works from home. This is very bad service
Not once were we informed installation is on a hold. Now I find out. I work from home and cant wait till 12 january 2026
I logged a call regarding Disney debit R159 and in August 18th they responded and gave the info till today I am waiting for feedback from July. There is no branch i can go to in PE

Good day I trust you are well. I was there again last night and I am truly appalled at the service. The cashier was rude and unfriendly not to just myself the customer before me as well. If they dont want to serve some people then they should just say so. I am very upset. I work for my money if I had to treat customers or clients like that I would be in nonsense. I work with people daily. This is now the second time and you dont get asked which sauce you want it just gets thrown in and I had to ask to change and had to ask if the chicken fingers was in and just a nod. Sorry this is unacceptable. I must be ok with this? Second time same branch......
I am sick of paying every month for fibre through axxess and every month issues. I work from home now fibre is off you call hold half an hour email no assistance. Can anyone phone me please
I have emailed dispute team numerously. I have requested call recordings where 3 agents of Auto and General confirm November premium successful and you still state in writing that claim not paid because premium outstanding for November and it isn't. Since December this has been going on.
