Awful service KFC Kingsway melville

The worst service ever. First the set up is not well thought through. You enter and there is basically no place to walk. Then you get to place your order constantly being bumped into, if thats not enough they machines kept going offline, then i went to the lady that aupposed to take the ordet and her cars machine was offline. Finally when i got t o place my order. Looked at the screen for 30 minutes,no movement, had to go to the countet were 1st come 1st policy was at work, no matter how long you are there who ever waves they receipt gets attended too. I had to ask the guy to please help, guess what he goes to one of the ladies and aends her to assist and takes a order from someone else and just leaves me standing. The lady finally came gave my order with 7 coldrinks and 7 meals. No holders for the drinks and the excuse was there isnt any. Now the meals. I have nwvet been so disappointed in one of my favourite meals as i was or rather am than today. SIS kingsway KFC your service and meals is terrible and thats me putting it lightly. Please KFC send out a area manager to investigate. 2 ladies serving with a dont care guy. Order time 17h30 and left at 18h28 on the 27/10/25 had to carry drinks 1 by 1 to car.
