HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

I went to KFC Mall of Tembisa and I patiently waited in the drive through with my three kids hungry @ 21:00 when it was our turn to buy we were told the speed point on the drive through is not working and we should go buy inside and we went and parked after and hour went inside....guess what ?the speed point inside is not working either

Why were we not told on time now all food stores are closed like Mc Donald and Chicken licken near by

I honestly believe the speedpoints were working because they said what do I want and it will be ready after 30 mins will I wait for it and when I said I will wait thats when Im asked what payment method am going to use

To me ot looked like they needed a reason not to assist because it late

When its late they come with stories like this because the other day they said Ice machine is not working but someone was sold one when I complained surprisingly they had it.

They are definitely tempering with the system or they are on a go slow but I was very upset with the experience
