Poor food defence policy
I bought streetwise pap at kfc mall of Tembisa and I found a human hair I took back the food and asked about personal heigine they look at me like father Christmas and I ate the food as was hungry but without any enjoyment mind I like KFC. I asked for a manager who came Mr.NHL in short I asked him about food defense policy ,I was so disappointed that he doesn't know what I am talking about. KFC owes me apology refund me my R60 is not much but that was not good experience I have love love of finger licken good n truly spanking after eating I felt like vomiting

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
I went to KFC Mall of Tembisa and I patiently waited in the drive through with my three kids hungry @ 21:00 when it was our turn to buy we were told the speed point on the drive through is not working and we should go buy inside and we went and parked after and hour went inside....guess what ?the speed point inside is not working either Why were we not told on time now all food stores are closed like Mc Donald and Chicken licken near by I honestly believe the speedpoints were working because they said what do I want and it will be ready after 30 mins will I wait for it and when I said I will wait thats when Im asked what payment method am going to use To me ot looked like they needed a reason not to assist because it late When its late they come with stories like this because the other day they said Ice machine is not working but someone was sold one when I complained surprisingly they had it. They are definitely tempering with the system or they are on a go slow but I was very upset with the experience

Totally disappointed
am writing to complain about a recent online order that I placed through your website from your Mall of Tembisa restaurant. The total amount of the order was amount R400 The money was deducted from my account immediately. And your head office is telling me that i will be refunded after seven days and this is totally unacceptable as I have people waiting for food I never received my food. I waited for over an hour, but the food never arrived. I called the restaurant several times, but no one answered. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by this experience. I had guests waiting for the food, and we were all left hungry and disappointed. I demand a full refund for my order immediately. I would also like an explanation of why the food was not delivered and what steps you will take to prevent this from happening again. I have been a loyal KFC customer for many years, but this experience has severely damaged my opinion of your brand. I hope that you will take my complaint seriously and resolve this issue promptly.

KFC low blow
I went to KFC Mall of Tembisa After doing my shopping with my trolley and I was informed that I can't get in with my trolley mind you I want to buy food and get out I had to go back and buy at Chicken Licken because there, they allow you to come in buy and also sit in even with your trolley. I am so disappointed all my wife wanted was dunked wings.
