I went to KFC Mall of Tembisa After doing my shopping with my trolley and I was informed that I can't get in with my trolley mind you I want to buy food and get out I had to go back and buy at Chicken Licken because there, they allow you to come in buy and also sit in even with your trolley. I am so disappointed all my wife wanted was dunked wings.
Best service from Annah Dikgale AKA Fenisa from Capitec Bochum Plaza/ Mall, she assisted us very politely and very friendly. She understood her assignment to listen and have proper discussion with her clients. I will be happy to come again, She deserves five 5 star. Big Up to you sis
I am currently at Capitec Bank Branch at Bochum Senwabarwna Limpopo, I am so disappointed by the Team as a whole, there is a big guy who wears spectacles and currently not wearing his name tag,he loses his temper on clients he doesn't give clients chance to explain their concerns. I came to the branch around 08H16 my mom's card got retained by the ATM now its 11H29 and they still dragging their feet. This branch needs some serious intervention I have been in capitec branches in Polokwane and I can attest their service is always on par. I don't understand what is their problem.
Queue always long and everytime there are two or more agents but busy on their phone for personal reason.Jet Clothing in Bochum need a very speedy intervention
I am currently in a shoprite Bochum in Limpopo Queue, the Queue is so long that we have only 4 cashier's I don't know how is that fair. The controllers are just standing at the front. It's 09H46 am they supposed to install more cashiers
This is my second time on Hellopeter and I am being ignored.Unisa owe me R12760.00 it's a lot of money for someone that is no longer employed. January 2022 on the 27th I canceled my wife's modules because I was no longer employed and I requested for my refund as I was still qualifying for my refund. I only received an automated email that they have received my email and I will get assisted within 24 hours and today is the 8th of may almost 4 freaking Months.. I don't know how i can escalate this matter further because I see they don't bother checking on Hellopeter, I also wanted to apply to study at Unisa I guess I will take a pass....They are inconsiderable.... I am tired
I am so sad and depressed by Bookings.com and protea Hotel in Polokwane Landmark. I paid for a reservation for Valentines Day on the 4th of February 2022 and later that day I canceled and policy says you can cancel anytime. Now Protea Hotel pays my money to Bookings.com instead of me I am the one who made a payment now my money just vanished when I call bookings agents are like they don't know what's going on, is like they still need some training.I need my money Bookings.com and Protea Hotel
My wife with student no 15395855 was about to study at Unisa and I paid full year Tuition Fee of R12600 and I was her sponsor. I lost my job three days later after paying the tuition, before the grace period could exhaust we applied for a refund, I only got the reference that they will assist me and that was January, did the second follow up on February and I was given another reference:Unisa462 that was my reference.i tried to call all the finance desktop to get assisted non of the number on the internet works.i don't know if I am scammed or what...My number is 0795516910 my name is Israel Kgatla
I had issues with the Vodacom Fibre Call center as I called last week to get helped, I did not get helped, better yet they hanged the phone on my ear. TODAY I was assisted by Noma Potso and she knows customer service,she puts customers first and she follow up to make sure the customer is satisfied.i am pleased with Her, Vodacom please keep the lady, she knows why she woke up in the morning.
I have paid off the account last year and I called the call center to get a paid up the letter, and to also report to transunion to be able to update my credit record, to my surprise 5 months later I am still owing Onair R119 and it affects my records I want this fixed ASAP..... I did not want to come to this platform but it left me no choice as they no longer pick up my calk
