Poor food defence policy

I bought streetwise pap at kfc mall of Tembisa and I found a human hair I took back the food and asked about personal heigine they look at me like father Christmas and I ate the food as was hungry but without any enjoyment mind I like KFC. I asked for a manager who came Mr.NHL in short I asked him about food defense policy ,I was so disappointed that he doesn't know what I am talking about. KFC owes me apology refund me my R60 is not much but that was not good experience I have love love of finger licken good n truly spanking after eating I felt like vomiting
