am writing to complain about a recent online order that I placed through your website from your Mall of Tembisa restaurant. The total amount of the order was amount R400 The money was deducted from my account immediately. And your head office is telling me that i will be refunded after seven days and this is totally unacceptable as I have people waiting for food I never received my food. I waited for over an hour, but the food never arrived. I called the restaurant several times, but no one answered. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by this experience. I had guests waiting for the food, and we were all left hungry and disappointed.
I demand a full refund for my order immediately. I would also like an explanation of why the food was not delivered and what steps you will take to prevent this from happening again. I have been a loyal KFC customer for many years, but this experience has severely damaged my opinion of your brand. I hope that you will take my complaint seriously and resolve this issue promptly.
