Disgusting food quality

I bought a Family feast meal last night, 26th March 2025. The chicken tasted as if it was made in bulk the day before or that morning with no cruch to the batter, and chicken tasted and smelt off.

This is disgusting and not the first time that I have encountered bad food quality and terrible customer service whereby all the staff do is chat, laugh and scream at each other.

You need yo provide customer service training to your staff. In particular face yo face customer service and you need to improve on your quality of food...sies, disgusting family feast I received.
